At ManiCore EDU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with a course, we offer a simple and transparent refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

• Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Less than 30% of the course should be completed
• No course materials should be downloaded
• No certificate should be issued

Non-Refundable Cases

• Request made after 7 days
• More than 30% of the course completed
• Course materials downloaded
• Certificate issued
• Courses purchased under special offers
• Subscription plans after billing starts

How to Request a Refund

• Login to your ManiCore EDU account
• Go to "My Courses"
• Select the course
• Click on "Request Refund"
• Submit the form with reason

Refund Processing

• Requests reviewed within 2 business days
• Refund processed in 5–7 business days
• Amount credited to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 3–5 days

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided if technical issues or pricing changes affected your purchase.

Important Note

Misuse of the refund policy may result in restrictions. ManiCore EDU reserves the right to deny requests that violate our terms.
